Though they played together on the field in season 1, much of their conflict took place in the locker room and at practice as they struggled to accept the new coach and how to be better teammates. Ted Lasso season 2 continues to follow the er, friendship, between Roy Kent and Jamie Tartt on the field, and the two characters just might be starting to appreciate each other’s talents for the benefit of the team.
